DreamForge Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DreamForge gaming server ("the Server"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Server.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Server, you may be required to register an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Accounts are non-transferable

3. Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to the following rules:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Impersonating staff members or other players
• Advertising or spamming

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Server, including but not limited to:

• Custom game modifications
• Server configurations
• Unique gameplay features

are the property of DreamForge and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

DreamForge shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from use of the Server
• Interruptions in service
• Loss of game progress or virtual items
• Conduct of other users

6. Changes to Terms

DreamForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
